Our head chef, Chef Eric Kim, has served numerous celebrities at their special event and private functions. Our Events Coordinating team provides extensive wedding and special events coordination, including decorations, rentals, and day-of schedule management. Our talented and experienced staff ensures that our clients can relax and enjoy their events.

Greenfish Catering Executive Chef, Eric Kim

Eric has earned the title “Sushi Artist” with 13 years of experience. He was honored with the role of Guest Chef at the prestigious annual food festival “Cooking for Solution”, organized by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, in 2009 and 2010.

He has been sharing his talent and experience with others since 2006 as a Sushi Instructor at the Culinary Center of Monterey.

Greenfish catered a client's wedding in May 2009 to great success! As a museum, we have strict requirements of all caterers who work in our facility and I am pleased to report that Greenfish followed all our protocols and requirements.
